Refund & Return Policy

At Sosha Elegance, we try to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your complete pleasure with every order. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we have designed a fair and customer-centric return and refund policy to meet your needs. Here are the main principles of our policy :

 Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition (including tags), and accompanied by a receipt or evidence of purchase.
  • Please keep in mind that some items, such as sale items, cannot be returned.

Refunds:

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will provide a refund to the original payment method.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 7 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Store Credit and Exchanges:

  • As per your convenience, we also provide store credit that can be spent on future purchases.
  • Alternatively, you can swap the item for a product of equal or lesser value.

Damage & Missing Product:

To avoid damaged or missing products, we use a multi-layer checking method.  Returns are permitted if the consumer receives the product in damaged condition and reports it within two days of getting their delivery, providing that you have documentation of an unboxing video clearly demonstrating the damage to the product. A violation of this provision will result in the rejection of the return/exchange request. If a consumer purchases numerous things, only the damaged item will be approved. Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the damaged item(s). We will pick up the damaged items and you will not be charged any return shipping fees.
